What I did
- Collaborated with the wider marketing team to plan content themes around prominent topics and produce compelling reports into a key discussion area in workplace wellbeing.
- Presented research from Google search data, the ONS, consumer trends and Westfield Health’s own research bank to explore emerging industry trends and their business impact.
- Told the story of the research in accessible, engaging language which spoke to the target audience’s needs.
- Conducted interviews with internal experts to share knowledge and connect with the brand story.
- Designed reports in InDesign and Canva, including data visualisation and compelling imagery to help guide the narrative.
- Created accompanying marketing content in a variety of formats, including blog posts and infographics, to help the findings reach a wider audience.
What I did
- Storyboarded the video concept, deciding the appropriate length, format and content to make the subject engaging and relatable.
- Set up the shoot, including lighting, sound and composition. A casual interview style was chosen to create a warm and approachable tone.
- Edited the video in Adobe Premiere Rush, combining clips and adding title screens to guide the viewer through the narrative.
- Worked with the wider Marketing team to plan the video’s integration into social media, blogs and customer comms.
What I did
- Set the scope for the document, making sure the information was concise, relevant and engaging for its audience— from complete beginners to experienced curators.
- Gathered a list of common questions and challenges and to ensure consistency in spelling, grammar and formatting across the organisation.
- Presented the guide in a clear, quick-reference format to advocate for content best practice while making the guidelines accessible to staff, volunteers and agencies.
- Designed the style guide to showcase the organisation’s new visual identity and branding.

What I did
- Organised a group of volunteers, training them to scan glass plate negatives to archival standards.
- Coached the volunteers through the content-creation process, from researching the stories behind the photographs to producing and editing exhibition-ready content.
- Designed and coordinated the production of exhibition panels and liaised with museum staff to source historical objects relating to the stories on display.
- Created marketing collateral to advertise the exhibition, which was featured in the local and national press[1].
